What We Believe

We believe:

The Holy Bible is the inspired word of God, written by Holy men of old, as they were directed by the Holy Spirit (II Peter 1:21; II Timothy 3:16).

In one true God who is infinite in power, eternally existent in three persons: Father in creation, Son in redemption and the Holy Ghost who is our guide. (Colossians 1:9; John 16:13).

In the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ (I Corinthians 15:1-11). We believe that He ascended on high and sent His Spirit, the Holy Ghost, which fills the hearts of those who diligently seek Him. (Acts 2: 1-4).

In baptism by immersion in water, in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sin, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost (John 3:5; Acts 2:38; Acts 19:5-6).

In living a holy and sacrificed life. (Romans 12:1). We believe in divine healing, and observance of the Lord’s Supper (Holy Communion). (I Corinthians 11:23-26).

In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost. The saved unto the resurrection of life, and the lost unto the resurrection of damnation. (Revelation 20:11-15).

The Church consists of all those who have received Jesus Christ as their person savior. (Romans 10:8-11; John 3:16; Mark 16:16).

The Holy Spirit is a gift available to every believer and with it comes the ability to work miracles, signs and wonders according to the moving of the Spirit (Acts 2:38-39; Mark 16:17-18).
