Pastor Les
Born and raised in Sacramento, California, Pastor Les Robinson was called to ministry in 1981 after attending Sacramento City College and San Francisco State University. Ordained by Bishop T.D. Jakes of The Potter's House in Dallas, Texas, Pastor Les is a member of PHIPA, the Potters House International Pastoral Alliance.
Surviving the drug-infested streets of Sacramento’s “Oak Park” on the way to becoming a professional athlete, coach, musician, actor, author and pastor have provided a complex, but abundant wealth of experiences and wisdom upon which he draws.
He is the Founder and Senior Pastor of The Burning Bush Church in Santa Clarita, California; a thriving and uniquely multicultural ministry dedicated to loving, leading, equipping and sending God’s people to reach others with the Good News. Pastor Les is very active in the community, having served as a board member for the Santa Clarita Valley Pregnancy Center, advisor for the “A-Team” (Abstinence Team), and an assistant football coach at Saugus High School.
He resides in Santa Clarita with his wife Brenda and is the father of three children, Brandon, Danielle and Gabrielle.
